TÜRKİYE KAMPLARINDA SURİYELİ SIĞINMACILAR: Sorunlar, Beklentiler, Türkiye ve Gelecek Algısı

ÖZET

Bu çalışma, Suriye'de yaşanan iç savaş sonucu Türkiye'ye gelip Şanlıurfa Harran ve Akçakale 'Çadır kent'te kalan sığınmacıların sorunlarını, beklentilerini, Türkiye ve gelecek algılarını konu edinmektedir. Ülkemizde sayıları yüzbinleri geçen "Suriyeli sığınmacılar" üzerine bilimsel çalışmanın yok denecek kadar az olması, bu konunun incelenmesinin gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çerçevede araştırma, kampta kalanların sosyo-ekonomik ve demografik özelliklerini, kamp memnuniyetlerini, Türkiye ve gelecek algılarını sorgulayan bir saha araştırmasına dayanmaktadır. Araştırmada bilgi toplama aracı olarak "anket" ve "odak (focus) grup" tekniği kullanılmıştır.

SYRIAN REFUGEES IN THE TURKEY'S CAMPS: Problems, Expectations, Turkey and Future Perception

ABSTRACT

This study is about the problems, expectations, Turkey and future perceptions of the refugees that have come to Turkey and are staying in Şanlıurfa, Harran and Akçakale "Tent Cities" due to the civil war in Syria. The fact that there is scarcely any scientific study regar- ding the "Syrian refugees", the number of which exceeds hundred thousand in our country, has set forth the necessity to examine this issue. The research performed within this framework is based on a field research questioning the socio-economic and demographic qualifications, camp satisfactions and Turkey and future perceptions of the refugees. During the research, "survey" and "focus group" techniques have been used as information gathering instruments.
