Short bio: The author was born in 1974. In 1998, he was graduated from the Department of Sociology; in 2001 from Science and Technology Policy Studies. He defended his P.hD. in 2009. All those stages were passed at METU. Then, he worked at Animation Technologies and Game development Center as a manager. Since 2013, he has worked as an Assistant Professor at Department of Sociology in Başkent University.
